Seven good sized bedrooms (3 x with double bed, and 4 family rooms). Quilts, pillows & covers provided for up to 20 people. New for 2009 – Extended mountain bike trails and walks within six acre grounds, including scenic paths by the stream, with jumps and twists to entertain the children.

25 foot long main lounge/dining area with original six foot wide traditional stone fireplace

Large fully equipped kitchen (cooker, combined microwave/grill, 2 x large fridge/freezers, dishwasher, automatic washing machine etc);

Bathroom (bath & shower), shower room (shower & WC), separate WC.

Garden furniture, stone barbeque, decking area with furniture round 27ft Diameter round heated swimming pool (high spec heating system shown bottom right thumbnail) , table tennis room with permanent table. Also high spec pub style table football in games room.

Video & DVD players with large widescreen TV,  UK Satellite system with 2nd TV (for non encrypted UK TV and radio channels e.g. BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky News, Channel5, Cartoon Channel, Radio 5 etc).

The Mill has the following list of equipment for infants - Mothercare Berwick Cott [White], Mothercare Continental Foam Mattress [White], Mothercare Tilly & Thomas bath [White], Mothercare Miami Citrus Check High Chair, and second Ikea high chair. (Extra can be provided on request)

There is a selection of bikes for all ages provided.
